Payment

We accept PayPal and Credit and Debit cards via our website. For any reasons you can only pay via a bank deposit, please Contact Us.

Return Policy

Please choose the items carefully and do not hesitate to contact us if you have any further queries. Exchange can be made for faulty items.

We do not accept return or exchange bases on fit or change of opinion, please choose the items carefully.

All items from Glare Eyewear have been checked carefully before we send them out.

All prices are shown and charged in Australian Dollars (AUD). Please refer to your most reliable currency exchange rate source to find the conversion rate of your currency.

Pre-Orders

Any items that are purchased together with a "Pre-Order" item will be sent as soon as the pre-order item arrives. You will be notified of the expected arrival of the pre-ordered items as well as any unexpected delays.

We do our best to ensure that anticipated delivery dates on pre-sale items are accurate. Please however note that delivery times cannot be guaranteed and Glare Eyewear takes no responsibility in the event that pre-sale items are delayed.

Shipping

The total shipping amount is calculated at your final check out. Please note that customs fees and any taxes associated with your purchase are the responsibility of the customer. For express or registered postage, please Contact Us or add the Express Shipping item to your cart.

Please allow up to 48 working hours for your parcel to be lodged post payment.

Shipping Australia-Wide:
- Regular Postage (3-5 working days with tracking) - $7.95
- Express Postage** (1-3 days with tracking) - $11.95

**if you would like your order to be sent with Express Postage (same as regular, but faster delivery) please Contact Us or add the Express Shipping item to your cart.

Express orders must be made prior to 12pm for your order to be sent on the same business day.

Please note that Express Shipping is exempt from free shipping promotions and will remain at the same rate of $11.95

Overseas shipping:
- Regular Air Mail (10 days-4 weeks without tracking*) - $21
- Registered Post International (5-10 days) - $36

*We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
We are not responsible for local sales taxes or import duties.

Glare Eyewear will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond our control. This may include delays made by Australia Post, unforeseen weather conditions or peak season.
